PyLearn · Legal
Last updated: July 19, 2026
iLabbs built the PyLearn app (the "Service") as a free-to-use app, supported by ads, with an optional Premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional content. This page explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We do not use or share your information with anyone except as described here. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this policy have the same meaning as in Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs the app in the absence of a custom license.
For a better experience, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information (for example, a display name you choose within the app). This information is retained and used only as described in this policy.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
PyLearn Premium is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit).
PyLearn includes an optional AI Tutor and AI Assistant that explain code, help debug errors, and answer Python questions. Before first use, the app asks for your explicit consent.
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error we collect data and information (through third-party products) to help us improve the app. This may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of use, and other diagnostic statistics.
Cookies are small pieces of data commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This Service does not use cookies directly, but third-party code and libraries within the app may use them to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse cookies through your device settings; refusing them may limit some parts of the Service.
On your first launch, PyLearn presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, asking permission to use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. Declining does not limit anything else in the app — you'll simply see less-personalized ads.
Where required (for example, in the EU/EEA, UK, and California), PyLearn also shows a consent form, powered by Google's User Messaging Platform, before loading personalized ads — letting you choose which types of ads you're comfortable with. You can revisit this choice at any time from Profile → Privacy options in the app, or by changing Tracking permissions for PyLearn in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform tasks on our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We value your trust in providing your Personal Information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you tap a third-party link, you'll be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us — we strongly advise reviewing their privacy policies, as we have no control over their content or practices.
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for changes — updates take effect immediately upon posting.
