Terms of Use

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the WebBorn mobile application (the “App”) provided by iLabbs Corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”), on iPhone and iPad (from the App Store) and on Android phones and tablets (from Google Play). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App. Where the two versions differ, these Terms say so.

1. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. App Store and Google Play Terms

The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control (Apple-branded devices running iOS or iPadOS, or devices running Android), for your personal learning and coding use, in accordance with these Terms and, as applicable, the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Purchases, Ads & Rewarded Videos

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or other users’ data; (d) use the App’s code-execution or networking features to create, run, transmit, or distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, or any content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to it.

6. Your Content

Code, projects, and files you create in the App remain yours. You are solely responsible for the content you create, run, publish, or share using the App, and for ensuring you have the rights to do so, including for any third-party code, fonts, images, or libraries you add. You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to operate the App on your device.

7. Code Execution & Assumption of Risk

The App runs HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including framework code such as React, Vue, Angular, and Svelte) in a browser view on your device, and code you write may access the internet. You acknowledge and agree that you use the code-execution, preview, and networking features entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any code you write or run and for its consequences, including any data loss, device issues, network activity, charges, or damage to you or third parties. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee any code, sample, library, or output made available in or through the App.

8. Learning Content, Templates & Examples

Lessons, exercises, quizzes, interview answers, and AI tutor responses are provided for education. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are complete, current, or error-free. You may use the website templates and code examples in the App as a starting point for your own projects. Photos included in templates are Creative Commons Zero (CC0) or public-domain images; credits are listed in each template’s images/CREDITS.txt. AI tutor answers are generated on your device and may be wrong; check them before relying on them.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its learning content, design, text, graphics, and software (excluding third-party open-source components and public-domain images, which remain governed by their respective licenses), is owned by iLabbs Corporation and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding. Names of third-party technologies (such as HTML, React, or Angular) are used only to describe what the App teaches; they belong to their owners, who do not endorse the App.

10. Third-Party Services & Components

The App includes or interoperates with third-party software, open-source libraries, and services (including Apple’s App Store and iCloud Drive on iPhone and iPad; Google Play and Android backup on Android; and, for ads and analytics on both, Google AdMob and Firebase). Your use of such third-party components may be subject to their own terms and licenses, and we are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content, including the content of ads.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content or output is accurate, complete, or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLabbs Corporation and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iLabbs Corporation and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content or any code you write, run, publish, or distribute using the App; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved.

Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ilabbs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court where eligible.

Class-action waiver. You and iLabbs Corporation agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Consumers. If you are a consumer, the above arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions apply only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived (for example, for users in the EU/UK and certain other jurisdictions).

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the App or other users. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–14 and 16–17) will survive.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at iLabbs Corporation’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Subject to Section 14, the courts of that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.
